Ordering
How can I check on my order after it has been placed?
It’s so easy! If you have questions about the status of your order, make sure you sign in to your account under Login or My Account and you can view your order status, view past orders, make changes to your account information, change your password, and store alternate addresses (for shipping to friends and family!).
Is slopehill.com secure?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
What credit cards does slopehill accept?
We currently accept the following US issued credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club International.
I haven’t received my order, my order is missing items or damaged, or my shipment is late?
We hate it when that happens! Please contact our Customer Service team at1732-762-3574or support@slopehill.comwithin 15 days of receiving your package and we will do our best to help resolve any issue.
What is the sales tax?
It is a government imposed tax on products purchased. We are required by law to collect sales tax on purchases from our website and submit them to the state the product was shipped to. The rules and thresholds for determining taxability are defined by each state.
What if a product I want is out-of-stock, discontinued or limited-edition item?
If the item is temporarily out-of-stock, you’ll see a “Notify Me” option.
For discontinued or limited-edition models, availability is first come, first served—grab them while they last!
Shipping
How long will it take to ship?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. We ship from our US warehouse, and delivery typically takes:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
- Priority Shipping: 1–2 business days
Note: Holidays and weekends may add extra time.
Do you ship to a PO Box?
No, unfortunately we do not ship to PO Boxes.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes.
3rd Party Shippers
All sales are final. We reserve the right to cancel orders if we have a distribution presence. We not responsible or liable for any delays or damages while in possession of the 3rd party shipper.
Lost, stolen or damaged packages
Slopehill is not liable for any lost, stolen or damaged packages or for any delay caused by act or default of the shipping carrier. Once the package leaves our warehouse, responsibility transfers to the shipping carrier.If a package is marked “delivered” but you can’t find it, please contact the carrier first, then reach out to us for support.

Who doesn’t love a free sample?!? From time to time, we may have samples of our new products available with each purchase but when we do not, please check out our socialmediawhere you can test the original slopehill®.

Why does my hair dryer release a slight smell during first use?
Totally normal!
Our high-speed motors may release a slight odor when first heating up—this disappears quickly after a few uses.
Do Slopehill dryers damage hair?
No.

Try the following:
Check if the filter is clean
Ensure the nozzle is properly attached
Test a different outlet
